LeaderShape, which is held in Allerton Conference Center, Champaign, IL is a six-day leadership training program provided through a partnership with The LeaderShape® Institute. This Institute is recognized nationally as offering one of the premier leadership development programs for young adults.

The week away from reality gave me the time to do the real thinking that I have always wanted to do but never had the time to. ..
