Hotel reservations may be made with a credit card by calling 800.236.1592. Don’t forget to take advantage of the special conference rate – mention you are attending “AeroMat 2008”. All reservations should be made by May 21, 2008, to receive the event rate of $180/single or double. All room rates are subject to tax, which is currently 15% per room per night. (Tax is subject to change without notice.) Reservations made after this date will be taken on a space-available basis only.

Changes and cancellations should be made two (2) days prior to arrival by contacting the hotel directly at 800.236.1592. Please be aware that you may be charged an “early departure” fee if you depart prior to the date reserved. Be sure to plan your stay accordingly.
