The ASM Materials Education Foundation supports educators involved in materials, science, and engineering through a free 40-hour materials science workshop called the ASM Materials Camp®-Teachers (pdf). STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) teachers can exchange ideas in the Educators Forum, can access grant funding for classroom projects, and be nominated for educator awards. Have more fun with your students and use our innovative tools for successful learning activities.
Are you a high school science, technology, or math teacher?
Are you looking for new, free, or low-cost lab ideas and experiments?
Would you like to earn four CEU credits for FREE? (Or two graduate semester credits at a minimal cost of approximately $250?)
Most importantly, do you want to engage your students by linking their everyday lives to the larger principles of science and math that they need to learn?
If the answer is yes, then ASM Teachers Camp is for you.
Through ASM Educator Awards, the ASM Materials Education Foundation and ASM International proudly recognize the achievements and accomplishments of dedicated teachers who have demonstrated a significant and sustained impact in their careers.
