Due to a government conference, the Beijing Continental Grand Hotel can no longer accept or honor reservations from Wednesday, May 16th thru Sunday, May 20th. Therefore:
1. If you would like to stay at the Beijing Continental Grand Hotel and will be checking out no later than Wednesday, May 16th, please complete the reservation form below and fax or email it to the hotel.
2. If you would like to stay in Beijing past May 16th, ASM recommends you make a reservation at the Crowne Plaza Hotel (ASM Headquarters hotel) using the reservation form below.
3. If you have already made a reservation at the Beijing Continental Grand Hotel and plan to stay in Beijing after May 16th, ASM and the Beijing Continental Grand Hotel moved your reservation to the ASM Headquarters Hotel, the Crowne Plaza, for your stay beyond May 16. Both ASM International and the Beijing Continental Grand Hotel will contact you regarding this change.

The Crowne Plaza Hotel Park View Wuzhou and the Beijing Continental Grand Hotel will provide housing for ITSC 2007. Both Hotels are located next to the Beijing International Convention Center and are within walking distance of restaurants, shops and the development zone for the 2008 Summer Olympics.

The special ITSC 2007 Conference Rates range from $190 USD - $215 USD depending on individual requests. Please note that all reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card or deposit equal to the first night’s room rate. All reservations should be made by April 16, 2007.

Airport Transportation
The most efficient mode of transportation from the airport to the hotel is by taxi, which is readily available outside Passenger Terminal 2. The approximate cost of a one-way taxi ride from the Beijing Capital International Airport to either hotel is $15 ( USD)
