General Information
Conference registration includes:
• Two days of programming
• Daily continental breakfast (Wednesday/Thursday)
• Daily lunches (Wednesday/Thursday)
• Evening Networking Reception/Dinner (Wednesday/Thursday)
• Conference materials containing presenters' Powerpoint slides
• Final Attendee list provided four weeks after the conference
Education Course registration includes:
• One day of specialized instruction
• Continental breakfast (Monday )
• Lunch (Monday)
• Course materials
Cancellation Policy
Registration fees will be refunded if a written request is received by July 30, 2008. Forms received on or after July 30, 2008 are subject to a $50 service charge.
