The ASM Thermal Spray Society will hold a General Membership Meeting on Thursday during ITSC 2006. It is open to all current members, as well as interested prospective members. The mission of TSS is to be the leading member-driver, international society for thermal spray that fosters communication, information development, technology advancement, education and scientific understanding.
During the meeting TSS President, Dr. Richard Knight (Drexel University) will give a brief report on the Society’s status and plans, as well as introduce the TSS leadership. Awards will also be presented for the Journal of Thermal Spray Technology 2004 and 2005 Best Papers and the ITSC 2005 Best Paper and Best Poster Presentation.
