Advance Registration (Deadline: October 5, 2007)
• Advance registration is strongly recommended.
• Only registrations received with payment will be processed.
Cancellation Policy
Registration fees will be refunded if a written request is received by October 5, 2007. Forms received after October 5, 2007 are subject to a $50 service charge. No refunds will be granted after October 19, 2007. Send all requests in writing to ASM Customer Service Center, 9639 Kinsman Road, Materials Park, Ohio 44073 or fax: 440-338-4634. Only registrations received with payment will be processed.

Tax Deduction
An income-tax deduction is allowed for expenses for education (including registration fees, travel, meals, and lodging) undertaken to maintain and improve professional skills (see Treas. Reg. 1.162-5) (U.S. registrants only).
Policy on audio and video recording of technical paper presentations/sessions
ASM International® reserves the right to any audio and video reproduction of presentations at every technical session. Recording of sessions (audio, video, still photography, camera phones, etc.) for personal use, distribution, publication or copyright without the express written consent of ASM International® is strictly prohibited.
