Housing Reservations
To make your hotel reservations, simply call the Callaway Gardens Resort reservation desk 800-543-7121 or 706-663-2281 or fax your registration to 706/663-5080. Mention your attendance at the ASM Trends in Welding Conference for the special conference hotel rate of $129/single or double. All room rates are subject to 7% state tax, 5% lodging tax. Please note that all reservations must be guaranteed for late arrival with a major credit card or deposit equal to the first night’s room and tax. Check in time is 16:00 p.m. and check out time is 11:00. All reservations should be made by April 30, 2008 to receive the special event rate. Reservations after this date will be taken on a space-available basis only. Please be aware that you may be charged an “early departure” fee if you depart prior to the date reserved. Be sure to plan your stay accordingly.

If you are eligible for a government rate, please contact Anya Hodgson, ASM International at anya.hodgson@asminternational.org or 440-338-5151 x.5231. The number of rooms available at this rate are limited and processed in order of receipt. In order to be eligible for this rate, you must have a valid ID.
