Eastern Virginia Chapter Spring Seminars

Each spring, typically in May, the chapter holds a one to three day seminar on a technical topic of interest to the members.  It is the primary fundraising activity in support of our other educational outreach activities such as scholarships and ASM summer camps for high school teachers and students.  In the past, this has included condensed, three day versions of the official ASM courses on failure analysis or corrosion or a one day seminar on aluminum structural design or aluminum welding.

More information on this season's seminars will be forthcoming.  See the Chapter Events for more information.
