Lodging:  

Out of town attendees may stay at any of the fine hotels in the area. However, ASM has arranged a discount with the Homewood Suites by Hilton at 25725 Central Parkway, Beachwood, OH 44122. Please either call the hotel directly at 216.464.9600 and request ASM International rate. Or you can also call 800.CALL.HOME and request the ASM International rate. 

Transportation: 

Students are responsible for their own transportation to and from Corporate College East.

Car Rental: 

Eight auto rental agencies, located off-site. Complimentary shuttle service is available from Cleveland Hopkins Airport to the car rental facility. Vehicles for handicapped area available by pre-arrangement with select agencies.  www.clevelandairport.com for additional information. 

Registration Fees:

Any unpaid registrations MUST be paid in full on or before the first day of class.

Cancellation Policy: 

ASM International reserves the right to cancel any class; refunding registration fees if necessary without additional financial obligation. In the event it is necessary for ASM to cancel a class, email notification will be sent no less than two weeks prior to the class starting date.

It is the responsibility of the class registrant to ensure that a valid email address has been supplied and email filter settings are not preventing delivery of emails from ASM International – email communications will be the primary channel of communications leading up to the start of classes.

It is highly recommended that nonrefundable airline tickets are purchased only after verifying that the class will run as scheduled by contacting the ASM Member Service Center (440.338.5151 ext. 0 or [email protected]).  ASM International is not liable for any fees associated with a participant having to reschedule airline reservations due to a course cancellation.
