Diffusion and temperature: Water, pen ink, and vinegar

Watch how pen ink diffuses in two cups of water: One with cold water and the other with hot. The pen ink is not visible in the hot water glass while the cold water glass looks purple/blue. Add vinegar and watch what happens!
