QuesTek Innovations, LLC, Evanston, Ill., the primary operating arm of QuesTek International, announced its formal selection as a Technology Partner by Ansys, Canonsburg Pa.
The selection was formalized in early March after QuesTek successfully completed Ansys’ rigorous evaluation process, which commenced in 2023.
QuesTek’s Materials by Design technology, packaged within QuesTek’s ICMD SaaS platform, will assist Ansys clients in expanding their materials design, development, and deployment capabilities. ICMD is currently based on the AWS virtual private enterprise offering.
The ICMD platform will allow for novel materials compositions, or modified compositions which meet new performance requirements. These compositions can be integrated into Ansys solutions, such as Ansys Mechanical and Granta MI. The integration will add value to simulations in key application areas such as additive manufacturing, corrosion mitigation, sustainability, heat tolerance, and more.
