    ASM International Announces Changes in Executive Leadership

    MATERIALS PARK, OHIO – JANUARY 8, 2016 – ASM International today announced that it will commence a search for a new managing director effective immediately. This announcement follows the departure of Terry Mosier. The Board of Trustees will appoint an interim managing director, who will serve in this capacity during the search process.

    “We have a strong leadership team in place at Materials Park and the board is very confident in its ability to carry out ASM’s vision as we conduct a thorough national search for a new managing director,” said Jon Tirpak, President, ASM International.

    The board of trustees of ASM International will thoroughly vet candidates for the managing director position early this year. The introduction of the new managing director will follow this vetting process.
