This may include:<\/p><ul><li>Serve as liaisons to other EDFAS committees &#8211; including Education, Events\/ISTFA Organizing, and FA Technology Roadmap committee.<\/li><li>Coordinate student\/Young Professionals\u2011focused programming at ISTFA and EDFAS events such as help organizing EDFAS FA workshops at universities and organize ISTFA Student Poster Contest.\u00a0<\/li><li>Host webinars and short\u2011format tutorials that introduce key FA topics and spotlight career paths.<\/li><li>Elevate emerging contributors across the EDFAS community by providing recognition and early leadership opportunities through the SYP Mentorship Program, supported by ASM Senior Members and Fellows.<\/li><li>Contribute content to EDFAS magazine and member channels.<\/li><li>Pilot initiatives that cultivate future EDFAS leaders.<\/li><\/ul><p>An important function of this committee is helping its members make professional connections early in their career.<\/p><h3>Eligibility &amp; How To Apply<\/h3><p>To join, individuals who have no more than five years past graduation (from your latest degree) and have a desire to learn more about EDFAS committee involvement. The committee is geared toward professional EDFAS members; full-time graduate students are eligible. <br \/>The committee selects new members each spring.
