Enovis, Portugal, announced the opening of its new business technology center in Lisbon, Portugal. The Enovis Global Business Technology Centre will support the company’s international Prevention & Recovery (P&R) group, focusing on automation, digital capabilities, and integrating artificial intelligence to enhance workflows and improve customer experiences.
The center will accommodate 100 employees, with plans to recruit 40 by the end of 2024 to manage finance and business operations, as well as serve as a digital platform for supply chain, sales, and customer experience applications. The center, led by Elisabeth Drouffe, will also be a space for Kaizens, training sessions, and international events. Initially, it will serve most European countries and potentially Canada in the future.

Since 2019, Enovis has made 20 acquisitions and established market-leading positions in various medical technology fields. The new centre aims to provide strategic advantages and support the company’s global expansion in key innovation areas.
Filipe Santos Costa, chairman & CEO of AICEP, Portugal’s Trade & Investment Agency, welcomed Enovis, highlighting Portugal’s robust digital infrastructure and position as a European tech hub.
