Mr. Bill Andreski has over thirty-years of experience in heavy manufacturing, specializing in medium and large gear manufacturing, steel metallurgy, forging and heat treatment processes.
Over a fifteen year career with Horsburgh & Scott Company, a large gear drive manufacturer in Cleveland, he rose through the ranks as Metallurgist, Purchasing and Engineering Manager, Plant Manager, Director of Heat Treat and Metallurgy, and Business Unit Vice President. He has extensive knowledge of heat treatment processes as applied to gears and forgings, including carburizing, induction hardening, through hardening and nitriding.
