This provides Novonix a local, established supplier of key equipment to produce greater quantities of material and scale quickly and cost effectively. Harper International, Buffalo, N.Y., has successfully completed factory acceptance testing of a new continuous, graphite rotary tube furnace at 2000°C for a global chemical manufacturer. The furnace will process refractory metal powders in hydrogen and inert atmospheres.

The model QIH 122 M URC press is equipped with the Quintus proprietary uniform rapid cooling (URC) feature, which combines HIP and heat treatment in a single process.
