This will help ELVIAL meet the needs created by their plant expansion and to increase their manufacturing capacity.]]><\/dynamic-content><br \/>\n\t<\/dynamic-element><br \/>\n\t<dynamic-element name=\"story\" type=\"text_area\" index-type=\"text\" instance-id=\"obsz\"><br \/>\n\t\t<dynamic-content language-id=\"en_US\"><![CDATA[\n\n<p>Nitrex Metal, Canada, has sold a second NX-815 E furnace to Elvial, one of the largest aluminum extrusion companies in Greece. This will help ELVIAL meet the needs created by their plant expansion and to increase their manufacturing capacity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThis additional NX-825 E furnace, which was installed and began production in July 2021, will help increase the production of building materials by the company. The first furnace has been operational since 2016\u201d said Marcin Stok\u0142osa, project manager at Nitrex.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>The NX-815 E is a retort furnace used for extrusion. It operates with NX connect software, and uses the NITREG-C (nitrocarburizing) and NITREG (gas nitriding) technologies for die extrusion. The machine is equipped with air conditioning, an INS series exhaust gas neutralizer, and racking of 750 kg made from Inconel 600. The order also included a lifting device.
