The furnace utilizes Super Systems controls for automatic KN and KC control to AMS 2759\/10 &amp; 2759\/12 specifications. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:.0001pt\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:.0001pt\"><span style=\"line-height:normal\">The furnace is designed to meet AMS 2750\/E as a Class 2 furnace, which allows it to be used for nitrogen tempering and stress relieving. For cycle time improvements and consistent process control, the furnace is equipped with a vacuum pump for purging, pre- and post-oxidation, and accelerated air and atmosphere cooling. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:.0001pt\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:.0001pt\"><span style=\"line-height:normal\">It is capable of processing workloads that weigh up to 7000 pounds, with dimensions 48 by 72 by 40 inches.
