It is intended to be the foundation for a future funding grant or research funding mechanism award.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tThe $25,000 fellowship was awarded to Ahmadreza Jahadakbar of the University of Toledo for his research &#8220;Additive Manufacturing of Nitinol Fixation Hardware for Reconstructing Mandibular Segmental Defects.&#8221; A paper will be presented at the 2015 International Conference on Shape Memory and Superelastic Technologies in Oxfordshire, UK, as part of the Plenary Session on Wednesday, May 20 at 9:15 a.m.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tThe sponsoring companies and organizations who made this fellowship possible are:<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<strong>Admedes Schuessler GmbH <\/strong>(Pforzheim, Germany),<strong> EuroFlex GmbH <\/strong>(Pforzheim, Germany), <strong>Fort Wayne Metals <\/strong>(Ind.),<strong> G.
