Both are equipped with <\/span>PdMetrics<sup> <\/sup>software for predictive maintenance<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span><span>Two <\/span><span>MetalMaster&nbsp;furnaces \u2013 one vertical 6-bar with a 96&#215;96-inch work zone and 10,000 pound load capacity, and one horizontal 10-bar with a 96x84x96-inch work zone.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span><span><span>One VFS <sup>&nbsp;<\/sup><\/span><\/span><span>horizontal internal quench 10-bar vacuum heat-treating and brazing furnace.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span><span>Several custom-built atmosphere furnaces that will process parts for the aerospace industry. <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span><span><span><span>Many of these customers also took advantage of purchasing Ispen\u2019s spare parts kits, installation, startup, and training.<\/span><\/span>&nbsp;These shipments signify Ipsen\u2019s capacity to provide a variety of heat-treating solutions that meet our customer\u2019s demands. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ipsenusa.com\"><span>www.ipsenusa.com<\/span><\/a>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ipsen USA, Cherry Valley, Ill., announces that in the first quarter it shipped ten furnaces to companies that process parts for the aerospace, commercial heat treating, and medical industries in California, Georgia, Ohio, Washington, and Wisconsin, and also to one location in Asia.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":63103,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[444,440,441,1],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-10792","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-aerospace-and-defense","category-news","category-news-articles","category-uncategorized"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.9 -
