The self-contained turnkey system, which has a diameter of 24 in. and a height of 36 in., nitrides gears and housings supplied to many world-leading aerospace firms. Nitriding with Nitreg technology meets the company&#8217;s requirement for precise control of the white layer thickness on Nitralloy parts, including zero white layer.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tThe NXK system design will also enable WSK &#8220;PZL- Kalisz&#8221; to add Nitreg&reg;-C ferritic nitrocarburizing at a later date.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tThe multipurpose NXK series of nitriding\/nitrocarburizing systems is an economical and dependable choice for small-scale processing as well as for general laboratory\/testing purposes.
