Xplore features much of the new technology introduced and showcased in our larger Ultim Max detectors. It offers rapid data collection for live EDS analysis, while still guaranteeing the automatic reliable results required for routine analysis applications.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:.0001pt\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:.0001pt\"><span style=\"line-height:normal\">The combination of the high throughput Xplore hardware, easy-to-use software, and AZtecLive chemical imaging make it ideal for application areas such as failure analysis and general forensic investigations in the SEM.
