This is a repeat customer, and the pit furnace will replace an existing Lindberg furnace. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span>The maximum temperature rating for this furnace is 1250\u00b0F. The work chamber has a 38-inch diameter and is 48 inches deep. It is constructed with an alloy liner backed with seven inches of block insulation. The customer requested tight temperature uniformity, and this design met a +\/-10\u00b0F temperature uniformity throughout the qualified work zone. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span>The top-load furnace features a thermocartridge recirculating fan and solid wall baffle for uniform heat distribution. The furnace fan utilizes a centrifugal blower-type alloy blade and a five HP motor with belt and pulley drive system.
