Metkraft previously used atmosphere heat-treating for production, but has transitioned to vacuum equipment. Both Zenith Cutter and Metkraft are members of the Fisher Barton Group, Watertown, Wisconsin.<\/p>\n<p>The furnace features a graphite work zone measuring a 36 x 48 x 36 inches with a 3000-pound load capacity. It is capable of operating at temperatures of 1000 to 2400\u00b0F, with \u00b110\u00b0F temperature uniformity. The furnace is also equipped with a closed-loop water system and Ipsen&#8217;s PdMetrics predictive maintenance software.
