The oven was designed with the capacity to heat 8000 pounds of steel and 4000 pounds of refractory material from 70 to 150\u00b0F within 180 minutes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>The refractory curing oven is equipped with bi-parting, horizontal swing doors and a 12-gauge aluminized floor. The recirculation system utilizes combination airflow to maximize heating rates and temperature uniformity. Guaranteed temperature uniformity of \u00b110\u00b0F at 150\u00b0F was documented with a standard nine point profile test conducted in an empty oven chamber under static operating conditions. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u201cThis curing oven was constructed with tongue-in-groove panel assemblies featuring our patented high efficiency panel seams that provides 25% better insulating efficiency,\u201d says Nick Toci, Sales Engineer. \u201cThe efficiency of these panels allows us to provide optimal temperature uniformity for our customer\u2019s process.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>This walk-in oven was fully factory tested and adjusted prior to shipment from our facility. An extensive quality assurance check list was completed to ensure the equipment met all Wisconsin Oven quality standards.
