Both pipe heat-treating lines process upset tubing inline through multifrequency scheming technology at a rate of 15 to 20 tons\/hour.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:.0001pt\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:.0001pt\"><span style=\"line-height:normal\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt\">These systems incorporate the company\u2019s water sleeve quenching design, using high-volume precision barrels to produce uniform metallurgical grain structures, as required by API-certified tube and pipe. To maintain uniformity for API requirements, the systems incorporate a slow-feeding, rotating cooling bed at the exit of the tempering zone to ensure straightness after heat processing.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:.0001pt\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:.0001pt\"><span style=\"line-height:normal\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt\">Ajax Tocco Magnethermic has over forty years experience providing heating equipment to the pipe and tube industry.
