The traveling furnace features a pair of fixed load bases to support the load. When the cycle is completed on base No. 1, the furnace moves into position over the second load base and immediately begins heating a new load. The previous load is allowed to cool, then is unloaded and replaced with a new load. This can all be done before the next homogenizing cycle is completed.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tA traveling furnace provides savings in floor space because the two load bases require significantly less area than h a double-ended stationary furnace with two load cars. It will help to provide more capacity to produce lightweight aluminum products to the automotive industry.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tThe custom-designed furnace has the capability to homogenize a wide variety of aluminum logs to meet changing production specifications, with consistent quality and equipment reliability. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\n\tAisin Light Metals LLC (ALM), which recently celebrated ten years of operation in the United States, was the second of the three Aisin plants located in the Aisin Industrial Park in Marion. &nbsp;ALM, along with its sister company Aisin Keikinzoku, provides aluminum solutions to the automotive industry worldwide.<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<a href=\"http:\/\/www.secowarwick.com\/\">www.secowarwick.com<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\n\twww.<a href=\"http:\/\/aisinillinois.com\/\">aisinillinois.com<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\n\t&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Seco-Warwick, Meadville, Pa., has supplied a traveling aluminum homogenizing furnace to Aisin Light Metal, Marion, Ill., as part of an expansion project.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":63082,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[446,439,440,441,1],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-9041","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-automobiles-and-ground-transportation","category-general","category-news","category-news-articles","category-uncategorized"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.9 -
