This newest furnace is a humpback muffle-channel heating chamber design that includes a Sinterite HyperCooler rapid cooling system and a 100% hydrogen atmosphere system.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tThe furnace is utilized for continuous copper brazing of stainless steel materials, and the rapid cooling capability of the HyperCooler provides for desensitization and control of copper braze flow arresting in the 304 stainless steel component assemblies.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tThe furnace is equipped with 24-in. mesh belt conveyor system, one-zone inclined entrance section, four-zone two chamber heating section (2100\u00b0F\/1149\u00b0C capability), seven-zone exit cooling system, multiple zone atmosphere control system, and HMI control system.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tIn addition, the project included installation of a second HyperCooler system, retrofitted to an existing furnace, also to reduce sensitization of brazed 304 stainless steel.<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<a href=\"http:\/\/www.sinterite.com\/\" style=\"font-family: Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 0.9375em; line-height: 1.333333333em;\">www.sinterite.com<\/a><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 0.9375em; line-height: 1.333333333em;\"> or <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.gasbarrefurnacegroup.com\/\" style=\"font-family: Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 0.9375em; line-height: 1.333333333em;\">www.gasbarrefurnacegroup.com<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\n\t&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sinterite, a Gasbarre Furnace Group Company, St. Marys, Pa., announces the recent installation of a 12-zone continuous belt humpback brazing furnace, the third furnace supplied by Gasbarre Furnace Group to the customer in the past three years.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":63082,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[439,440,441,1],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-9048","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-general","category-news","category-news-articles","category-uncategorized"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.9 -
