The customer witnessed full testing at Solar Manufacturing, and approved shipment in late 2017. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span>Each furnace is designed with energy efficient graphite insulation and is engineered to accommodate various part and load sizes.&nbsp; One furnace has a working zone of 28x21x36 inches and weight capacity of 1500 pounds, and the second has a working zone&nbsp; 42x42x60 inches, and weight capacity of 5000 pounds. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span>Both new furnaces are tailored specifically to fit the needs of aerospace engine component repair processing to the aerospace specification AMS2750E. &nbsp;They are equipped with mass flow controllers for accurate, repeatable, and recordable gas flow control of argon, nitrogen, and hydrogen partial pressure gases, as well as high vacuum capabilities in the 10<sup>-5<\/sup> Torr range. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span>The furnaces incorporate the new SolarVac 5000 supervisory control and data acquisition system (SCADA) with large graphic touchscreen overview programming.
