Messer Group and CVC Capital Partners Fund VII recently announced the completion of the planned acquisition of certain businesses in North and South America from Linde plc. With some 5400 employees, the Linde activities acquired in the United States, Canada, Brazil, and Colombia, along with Praxair\u2019s Chilean operation, generated sales of $1.8 billion, with EBITDA of approximately $408 million in 2018.<\/span><\/p>\n

Launching a new name in the Americas market, Messer Americas, Bridgewater, N.J., offers largely the same products, services, and people that customers have come to know and trust.
