Changes to the schedule may occur between the initial notification and the conference, and authors will be notified if their assigned dates or times change. <br><br>Accepted abstracts will be available on the event website within the technical program details and will also be provided electronically to attendees before the conference. <br><br>The technical program does not allow for commercial sales presentations. We kindly ask that you keep your presentation technical and informative. This approach benefits both presenters and the IMAT audience. <br><br><strong>PRESENTATION DETAILS <\/strong><br>Each author will have 20 minutes for their presentation, which includes a 5-minute question and answer session. Meeting rooms are equipped with a computer (with USB capability), podium microphone, lav microphone, projection screen, and data projector. For electronic presentations, we suggest maintaining 0.75\u2033 (19mm) margins on each slide and using a minimum 24-point font. Black or dark text on a white or light background is recommended for optimal visual clarity. <br><br><strong>Note:<\/strong> IMAT does not produce proceedings, so there is no need to submit a manuscript or PowerPoint Presentation for publication. Please bring your PowerPoint presentation with you to the conference for upload before your presentation. <br><strong><br>POSTER PRESENTATION DETAILS <\/strong><br>Authors are required to present their poster to conference attendees during the poster session.
