The lab requires the furnace to further its research and development work. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:.0001pt\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:.0001pt\"><span style=\"line-height:normal\">Built with Solar Manufacturing\u2019s SolarVac Polaris control system and a graphite-insulated hot zone, the furnace is designed to accommodate loads up to 36 x 36 x 48 inches, with a maximum weight of 5000 pounds. It operates at a vacuum level of 10<span style=\"font-size:12px\"><sup>&#8211;<\/sup><\/span><span style=\"font-size:11px\"><sup>5<\/sup><\/span> Torr, with maximum temperatures up to 2400\u00b0F, and a quench pressure of two bar.
