At the last face-to-face meeting in Montreal, the TSS Board decided to conduct a strategic planning exercise to review the mission, vision, and strategic objectives of our Society. This important step aims at identifying key actions for us to develop and implement in the coming years to better serve our national and international members.
As part of this effort, I encourage you to take some time to identify what you expect from the Society. What should be the fundamental role of TSS? How can it better serve your needs and those of your organization? In this social media era, how can the Society provide you with better access to high-value thermal spray information?
Please forward your thoughts, suggestions, and comments to me or any Board member. Your feedback is needed to help the Board and the Society work to develop an effective and relevant strategic plan.
