Four Wisconsin Oven walk-in ovens age-harden aluminum automotive parts

Wisconsin Oven Corp., East Troy, Wis., announces the shipment of four electrically heated, enhanced duty, walk-in ovens to an automotive parts manufacturer for age-hardening aluminum parts.

The walk-in ovens have a maximum operating temperature of 260°C (500°F) and work chamber dimensions of 6x15x6 feet. According to Mark D. Schahczinski, Sales Engineer, the company documents guaranteed temperature uniformity of +/- 10°F at 200°C (392°F) with a standard nine-point profile test in an empty chamber under static operating conditions.

Constructed of tongue and groove panel assemblies with the company’s patented seam technology, the ovens are designed with horizontal airflow to maximize heat up rates and temperature uniformity of the product.  Bi-parting, side hinged, horizontal swing doors allow loading and unloading of the product at both ends.
