Chapter Administration Forms
In order for chapters to remain active and in good standing with the Material Advantage Program, they must submit an Annual Report and Officer List. Remaining active allows chapters to receive annual rebates, compete in chapter competitions, the option to apply for chapter grants, and be recognized with the four partner societies at the national level. This report is due June 1st of every year.
Chapters can also compete in the Chapters of Excellence Award Program. This optional competition application must be submitted along with the Annual Report and Officer List located above. Please go to the Material Advantage website for more information on this competition.
Have an Officer or Faculty Advisor change? Please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
