How to build a CO2 laser cutter

A CO2 (carbon dioxide) laser generates generates laser light when electricity produces light as it speeds through a gas-filled tube and is reflected by a mirror at each end of the tube. The light is totally reflected by one mirror, and partially reflected by the other. The light that goes through the mirror constitutes the laser beam. The gas mixture in the video consists of nitrogen, carbon dioxide, and helium. The video shows how the mirrors are made and how the machine is assembled.
