Additive Manufacturing Materials, Characteristics and Usages

The presentation will focus on commonly used materials in the FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) and PolyJet additive manufacturing technologies. Jim will show material properties and best applications for materials such as ABS, ASA, Nylon12, PC, Ultem, Rigur, Tango and Vero. Attendees will learn how to differentiate between PolyJet and FDM materials and how to differentiate between basic and advanced Materials. A brief comparison of the two printing technologies will be shown as well.
