Abstract:
Understanding the differences in cookware selections from metallurgical aspects to the cooking benefits.   Discussion to include induction cookware features, and differences between Alclad, Williams Sonoma selections, Caphalon and many other cookware pots and pans.
 
Speaker Bio: 
Richard Mason is VP Mason Global Materials, a manufacturers' rep and consulting company,. He previously worked as VP Sales & Marketing of Ametek Specialty Metals for 34 years were he focused on the clad metal cookware material segment of that business unit.
