How They Mine Copper in British Columbia

The Copper Mountain Mine is located 20 km south of Princeton, British Columbia. The 2016 production target is 80 million pounds of copper (+/– 5%), plus gold and silver byproducts. This video shows the mining process, and all the trucks and equipment needed to dig out the ore and turn it into copper.
