I recently had the pleasure of spending a couple days in Salt Lake City for MS&T 2016. As always, ASM’s flagship event was hugely successful and once again provided a great opportunity to connect with colleagues from TSS and all of the affiliate societies. Changes are happening within ASM. Under the leadership of our new Managing Director and new President, ASM is undertaking a major renewal campaign. On the TSS front, I am looking forward to our fall topical event. The ASM Thermal Spray Society and the Canadian Cold Spray Alliance have joined together to present the 2016 North American Cold Spray Conference. This biennial event, scheduled for November 30 – December 1, 2016, will be held at Alberta Innovates – Technology Futures in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
Learn the latest technical insights from international experts in industry, government, and academia on new technology, exciting applications, and cutting-edge research. New to the conference this year is a young professionals presentation event by student researchers in cold spraying.
