Accepted abstracts will be offered one of two participation formats. All accepted submissions will be published in the conference proceedings.

Remember to complete the Copyright Transfer Form before you upload your manuscript. This form is part of the online upload process. ASM cannot publish papers without this completed form.
SPECIAL NOTES:
NO PAPER, NO PODIUM
If an abstract is accepted for an oral presentation into the 2027 conference technical program, the author is required to submit a full manuscript or extended abstract by the deadline date. If the required submission is not submitted, the author’s presentation may be withdrawn from the program, and the author will not be allowed to present at the conference.
