Ambrell Inc., Scottsdale, N.Y., is exhibiting its Easyheat induction heating system with robotics from Nutek Industrial Systems, Broadview Heights, Ohio, at the Heat Treat Expo. Additionally, tooling from Induction Tooling (ITI) will be on display in booth 2102, and a newly designed modular Ekoheat will be exhibited.
The Ekoheat line now offers power up to 1.2 MW, enabling the product line to address higher power heat treating applications. Ambrell has helped clients with a wide range of heat treating applications, including annealing, tempering, through hardening and case hardening. Free parts testing is available, which helps ensure that the system a client purchases perfectly meets their process requirements.
Ambrell has installed over 10,000 systems in more than 50 countries. Systems are manufactured in Scottsville, N.Y., in an ISO-certified facility. Be sure to visit Ambrell at the show.
