ASB Industries, Barberton, Ohio, and Hannecard, Belgium, are pleased to announce that both companies joined forces on the 15th of January to operate under the name Hannecard Roller Coatings, Inc. ASB industries will benefit from Hannecard’s worldwide expertise and R&D, and Hannecard will expand ASB’s recognized technology throughout Europe, Asia, and Africa. ASB will continue its existing services with growth to include a broad range of rubber and polyurethane coatings for rollers in many industries.
Hannecard, a family business since 1929, specializes in industrial rubber, polyurethane, and thermal spray roller coatings and services. Its worldwide presence is in 16 countries and 5 continents.
In the near future, ASB will be able to process, next to its thermal spray services, a broad range of rubber and polyurethane coatings along with its current turnkey surfacing technologies. The addition of the complementary Hannecard services and coatings will create a much broader product and service offering for both companies. Though it will now operate under the name Hannecard Roller Coatings, Inc., there have been no changes in management or personnel.
