TESCAN GROUP enhances presence in Korean electron microscopy and computed tomography market through merger & acquisition

TESCAN GROUP, a.s., Czech Republic, completed its acquisition of TESCAN KOREA, Ltd. (TKL) and Daeil Microanalysis Laboratory (DML). After two decades of successful collaboration TKL, DML, and TESCAN GROUP are consolidating their efforts to better serve the Korean customers and market, particularly in the semiconductor domain.

Over the past two decades, TKL and DML have established a strong presence in the Korean market with over 500 TESCAN systems installed. The merger secures the continuation of TESCAN activities in South Korea, focusing on the development, distribution, and support of innovative Electron Beam, Ion Beam, and micro-CT technologies and product solutions.
