6.1 The TSS Board does not judge the technical credentials of the HoF Nominees. The TSS Board does not have access to the HoF nomination documents and cannot make such decisions. That is: a TSS Board member may not know specific individuals who have been nominated. This lack of personal knowledge does not cause any reason to reverse or question the decision process of the Panel.
6.2 The TSS Board can if they have well-founded knowledge concerning the integrity, ethics or moral character of a recommended nominee recommend reversal of the Panel decision. Such confidential knowledge would be feedback to the HoF Panel Chair and the Panel would then reconsider such additional information. The adverse opinion of the TSS Board must be clearly documented. The HoF Panel would then reconvene, and their initial recommendation reconsidered.
