Kyocera International Inc., San Diego, announces that it has received Class Y certification for its semiconductor assembly operations. This means that it is a one-stop supplier of high-performance ceramic packaging products and full turnkey, flip-chip assembly services for semiconductor device applications in commercial space satellites, space vehicles, and orbiting systems.
