ASM International and the Electronic Device Failure Analysis Society (EDFAS) thank Tejinder Gandhi for his expertise and leadership as Editor-in-Chief of the Microelectronics Failure Analysis Desk Reference, Seventh Edition (2019).
He was chosen as Editor-in-Chief by Lee Knauss, President of EDFAS, because of his industry expertise, active membership on the editorial board, and commitment to shaping the desk reference content.
As Editor-in-Chief, Mr. Gandhi developed the outline and created the process for paper submissions and peer review while also directing nine subject matter expert editors and close to 100 contributors. His leadership was instrumental in the publication’s success.
ASM appreciates and thanks him for his all-volunteer contribution. Volunteer contributions of this magnitude by highly recognized practitioners such Mr. Gandhi are the mainstay of ASM and allow ASM able to produce quality publications that are a valuable resource to the community.
