Ted Pella Inc., Redding, Calif., offers Moticam CMOS cameras with attached Android tablet, as well as Bluetooth, a Quad Core CPU, and 16 gigabits of internal storage. Attached to an optical microscope with a C-mount adapter, the Moticam T2 is a 5.0 MP CMOS camera with a ten-inch Android 4.X tablet. The Moticam S2 has the same 5.0 camera, but features a seven-inch Android 4.X tablet.
Both are powered by a 1.66 GHz (Quad Core) CPU with built-in DDR3 memory, and both are also equipped with WiFi (802.11 b/g/n), Bluetooth 3.1, mini HDMI output (1080P), built in MIC and speaker, Micro SD card slot, and earphone jack.
