Accordingly, MMTA has expanded its scope to include materials being developed for or applied to current and emerging energy technologies and energy-related environments. MMTE will cease publication starting immediately, with authors being encouraged to publish their research in MMTA on all aspects of materials science and engineering that impact energy challenges. The last issue of MMTE was published in August 2017, and the journal is no longer accepting new article submissions.
